Help me to know about Anchor text to use in back links

Hey everyone i am learning SEO. Please help me if you can to know about Anchor text to use in back links according to Penguin update. I got a suggestion from some one and here i mention it :-

Suppose my main keyword is :- SEO

Than i will take some other junk keywords like :- Learn More SEO, Click here for SEO, More information here etc.
When creating backlinks i will use a 30/70% mix of EMAT to Random Anchor Text.

EMAT = Exact Match Anchor Text.

The EMAT in this project is: SEO

the Random anchor text is: learn more, click here, more here, etc. etc.

So for every 10 backlinks i create 3 should be SEO and the remaining 7 should be on of the Random anchor text examples (click here, more information etc.)

 Now my question is i can use this for creating Web 2.0 links or for Article Directories links. But if i wanna create Social Bookmarking back link what would i do? In the title box and keyword box which keyword will i put? Before penguin update i learn that use the main keyword for all bookmark title and keyword box and i see its brings the result quickly. But now its not possible. Please advice me the process so that i can learn it and use it. Please help me.

    I suggest try also not another KW that has a low competition brother analyze your KW. Also on Social Bookmarking you can put on the title box the title of the article you have used for web 2.0 or article directories but you can also put your KW it's up to you. and then put atleast 2 of your kw the main kw and the other kw's you are using. I don't know but this SEO kw is very hard to rank specially you have alot of competitors so goodluck.

    Mostly you are doing with good strategy. From last update of google penguin its necessary to make anchor text more powerfully .Direct link on any keyword may go in spam. Try to search more relevant keyword related to SEO as you use as a main keyword. Learn More SEO, Click Here for SEO is good, but try to use proper and relevant keyword.

    Its hard to get rank in SERP with SEO keyword, because their is a lot competitors. So for that always use fresh content for any post whether it is Article , Press Release or Blog.

    Don't let the anchor text for your backlinks worry you. If the main keyword has a potential of bringing you enough visitors, then go on and build your backlinks anchor text with that keyword. to me the ratio should be 90/10. you should only varies when you know the other anchor text can help you rank for a given keyword.

      I will suggest you that the content as used for article submission use in blog post too and do bookmarks for published URL and title of posted blog. You need not to mention the exact keyword. you can post the title of blog.
