What are some Web 2.0's that put content on subdirectory?

Im looking for some web 2.0s that put your content on a subdirectory (i.e domain.com/subdirectory) as opposed to a subdomain (i.e. sub.domain.com). Anybody have a list or suggestion. I have been using squidoo but would like to expand out of that.
