Adsense Account Disabled

I have know idea what I may have done to have received this e-mail. I have someone that is working for me that is adding amazon, clickbank and adsense tomy 70 web sites. I did have someone build a backlink pyramid on three of my sites and within two days I received this. Would that hve done it? What can I do at this point to fix this problem. I was also told by one of the guysworking on my account that I have duplicate content (WP Robot) on some of my sites. I knowgoogle doesn't like that. Whatcan I do to figure out what is duplicate content so I can remove it.
Any help would be gretaly appreciated.

* Avoid "doorway" pages created just for search engines, or other "cookie cutter" approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content.
* Avoid tricks intended to improve search engine rankings. A good rule of thumb is whether you'd feel comfortable explaining what you've done to a website that competes with you. Another useful test is to ask, "Does this help my users? Would I do this if search engines didn't exist?"
* If your site participates in an affiliate program, make sure that your site adds value. Provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.
