Anchor Text Change Request Email [Template]

I got one of these "link change" type requests from a site I bought (and sold) years ago...
Here's the template, I thought it was pretty well written, might be useful to some warriors who are trying to get anchor text changes made.
Note: This is for changing the anchor text of an existing URL, not removal. But it seems link Penguin was quite a bit about over-optimization of anchor text, so hopefully this wil help.
