Strange URL redirection Problem With Blogspot..

I am A Tech Blogger..Working Very hard With One Of My Blog..
i have a blog with blogspot custom domain like .blogspot . com
Someday ago..Blogspot Launch A Feature In Which All The Blogs From India Redirect To .blogspot . in address..
for i.e:
When People Of India See my Blog they Will automatically redirected to .in address..
in last 3 months i had created a lot of backlinks with .in blogspot address
So I am Afraid That Is At the time of PR calculation Google will Count The backlinks to .in address..
Or It Only Consider The Backlinks To .com
