Client invoicing: What do you use?

Hi all;

For many of you that have variable fees (for SEO services or anything else) what do you use for billing clients? I think I will need an online solution and probably also traditional offline for clients who don't use email that often.

I create my own invoice using fpdf and a few php line.

Get all the clients data in a database and the create an invoice that you can send it to an email or print it out.

Quickbooks (accounting software) is not only a great way to keep track of your revenue/expenses but also allows you to create customized invoices as well.

  To bill my customers, I would go with Handdy Invoices. As we are suppose to make the professional invoices and send to the clients according to the scheduled date, and its even easier too. This makes my business to track with the paid and unpaid customers, online.
