Hi folks, apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

Ive decided to take a brave step forward and outsource as much of my work as possible.

Apart from fiverr gigs and the odd article writer from odesk I have not really outsourced.

I am going to outsource my link building campaign for my growing collection of videos I am trying to rank on google.
If I can get the right person to do the link building then getting the clients will be easy.......yes I know nothings easy as most folks on here struggle getting clients, I struggle with link building hence the need for a good link builder.

What kind of questions should I ask when interviewing and what should a link builder be doing for me?

All I have is a diagram for link building from first page web search's site.

Your help would really be appreciated on this and if anyone wants to pm me on how to get clients as easy as 123 then pm.

thanks in advance

If you go on Odesk look at the prior reviews that the candidate has received and look at the complexity of the jobs they handled. Make sure that the SEO has access to PR2 and above sites that he can post social bookmarks and other links. Make sure that the person is fluent in English and after you hire him or her look at his work diary. I once had someone who charged me every minute he was online and he posted screenshots of not only proof of his work, but inadvertently screenshots of him applying for other jobs so I was paying for his time applying for other jobs. Finally, set a budget of less than 10 hours per week for whoever you hire or a flat rate and also get an email address and/or skype address that you can contact them. Give them no more than 6-8 weeks to see if their work and to establish link diversity never use the same guy for the same website more than once or twice.

Reviews are definitely valuable, but you also have to know what it is you are expecting. Write out your job description before you post it. This will help you identify what it is you are looking for in a worker.
