Tracking sales using Adwords and Bing on same page?

Hi,
I am trying to track sales/conversions on a web site.
I have traffic from Google Adwords and MS Adcenter both going to the same site.
On the 'Thank You' page of my site I have placed conversion code from both traffic sources....Would there be any tracking conflict from doing this?
