I have a question about the best SEO procedure that you should use to optimize a single piece of content for multiple keywords that all sort of mean the same thing, but are still different keywords.

As an example, some keywords like this:
"Statistics chart"
"Statistics graph"
"Statistics image"
"Statistics diagram"

These all sort of mean the same thing, but are treated as different keywords by Google.

I have this issue with one of my websites: the main attraction is that I have a bunch of images of certain things, but people search for these images with different words. There are lots of searches with "image" "graph" "chart" and "diagram" which are all searching for my website's content, but my website is only optimized for a single version of those keywords.

My question is: Should I try to optimize a single page for like 5-10 different keywords, or should I build 5-10 different pages all optimized for 1 keyword each, even though each page essentially has the same exact content?

Or, should I do something else?

      Oops, sorry about that.

My problem with just focusing on the top keyword is that the other keywords also get a ton of searches individually.

If I left them out, I would be leaving tons of money on the table.

Again, sorry. Is there any way a mod could move my thread to the correct area?

I'm not trying to game anything really. I just want to fully take advantage of the traffic that is related to these certain keywords.

The reason I focus on these keywords in particular is because I have already created a product that has been selling on my site for the last 2 years or so. The product is 100% related to these keywords and so I figure that if I can modify or add to my site content to start getting more of these longtail keywords of the same topic, then my product sales will hopefully increase.

If you can create multiple pages and have the content make sense for each individual page I would definately do that. Make sure the page title, URL, and descriptions are about your keywords
