I was working on getting some backlinks and my internet was not working fast so I hit the submit 3 times should i be concerned? Or is it nothing im new to backllinking and io know googles changing lots of stuff with the new panda update.

    Yes this usually happens due to low speed need not to worry if you are registered with that website you can easily delete that post. Another way to write a mail directly to admin of that website and mention the reason why it had happened. Hope this will help you.
