Anybody knows about a good way of getting .EDU & .GOV backlinks?

I found some with good quality backlinking from Angela Edwards here in the forum. And all her stuff are PR 5 to 9 and it always comes with EDU sites whcih you can use for one way linking to your site.

  Yes, all the backlinks in Angela's packets are dofollow links, and that includes .edu sites. I also provide high Page Rank backlinks that are all dofollow one-way links. If you combine Angela's Backlink packets with my backlink packet, you will have a total of 80 High Page Rank backlinks from PR.4 to PR.9. This will surely move your site up in the search engines.

Great, does it affect in SERP ranking as well?? I would want to get it, if it improves my SERP ranking.

  I've used Angela's packets for about 6 months and she always manages to find a few great edu and gov sites. Please do comment carefully. A few of them were abused and shut down
