Google analytics - 'campaign'

I originally posted this in the 'off-topic' forum (as this is not an adsense question as far as I am aware) - but was advised to post here.
I hope this doesn't upset anyone.

Hello

Sorry for this probably very 'newbie-esque' question, but I am in fact quite new to all this business.

I noticed today that in Google analytics, 0.1% of my sites visitors this week (52 visitors) are apparently from 'campaigns'.

Can anyone explain what this means? I am not paying anyone to carry out any campaign, so I can only assume it is some Google vernacular that I am unaware of.

Probably because you setup a Campaign, haven't you?

Have you used the Google URL Builder?

I can't see image you attached .
If you don't set any campaign with URL builder.
The traffic source must show as referral and show you what website bring traffic to your site.

  I knew I hadn't instigated any sort of campaign.
