Rich Snippets Not Appearing

One of my websites has rich snippets set up in order to show star ratings in Google, but they aren't showing up. I've used Google's Structured Data Testing, and everything checks out. It's only this site which has problems.
The reviews are long, honest and very few products have received a 5 star rating, so I'm not abusing the feature
I'm still getting a good CTR but I know that it can be improved upon.
I've tried submitting the site to Google but no luck as of yet. What annoys me is that Google is filled with autoblog sites which have rich snippets showing up, yet all they have done is listed the specs from Amazon, and that's it.
Anyone ever ran into this before or know what to do?
