Adcenter is a close competitor to Adwords. If you want to try 2nd tier networks 7search is the best with cheap clicks and a good amount of traffic though you may need to block any bad traffic sources.

Adcenter is the best alternative for volume I think and less strict ( at the moment).

The cost per click is still pretty similar to Adwords in a lot of niches, probably due to all the guys moving over when their accounts got banned !

I've always had better luck with Adcenter than Adwords anyways. Adwords always seemed to give me trouble getting my ads to run due to the landing pages, but Adcenter would run and I would get traffic and conversions just fine.

Here is what I am doing. My landing page (a review page) will be on a existing content site but the review page won't have any adsense (though rest of the site will). If I use Adword to land traffic to the review page (which won't show adsense), will this be against Google's terms. I really don't want to create new sites for the product I am promoting as my site is already established.

Adsense earns me quite a bit from this site so don't want to risk my adsense account in any way. I would rather than use MSN Adcenter or/and 7Search.

How much are 7Search ads relative to Adwords for popular health terms. For example, let's say we are targeting the term weight loss and on Adwords it might be, let's say, $3 a click, how much would it be be on 7Search for the same word and also MSN Adcenter? Any ideas?

I have logged into MSN Adcenter and looked at some of the pricing, but would still love to know if it is OK to use Adwords to drive traffic to an affiliate review page that hosts no Adsense but the site itself does (just not the review page).
