Hello friends

i just check ranking of my sites

4 of them are increase massively. and 3 lost badly.

did any one witnessed it today ( 23 Nov 2012). Change in SERP?

No changes at all for me. Maybe a little change in SERP, but this happens almost every one out of 5-7 days

My authority website changes ranking every week if not more. It doesn't require a Google update to move. It requires you to do good seo then it will move up. Sometimes it takes a while to move up or down google after making the links. This is so that you cant see what links are good or bad. Your movement could be due to seo done weeks or months ago.

Google change their algorithm almost daily so noticing some changes in your ranking is not a surprising issue.Just follow the basics and you will see your previous positions again.

In Spanish sites there was and algorith update last nov 16. I lost 30-40-50 % in several of my sites.
Although Google says they didn't do nothing, but that is not true.

  I've noticed a big change between November 11th and 14th. First time really.
  
  Bunch of SERP's dropped huge. A few have recovered but not to the same level.
  
  No EMD, no black hat, no spam linking, nothing was really changed in terms of SEO for a while. Really puzzled at what it could have caused it. Traffic is down too...
