Copy the content with source?

Hi guys I've a question about copying the content... I want to ask what will happened when I copy the content from other site to my site but I'll give the credit or mention the source link... will it effect in Google... I am asking about Google Panda and Penguin.

    Google knows that people copy content all the time, so there won't be a panda penalty unless most of your site uses copied content.

    Your site won't hurt by any Google Penalty as you're linking back to original source. These technique is called "Content Syndication". However it could be possible that your linking page won't rank on search engine result as Google may consider your webpage secondary source and hide it from search engine ranking.

    If you want to use other website content with its website then you need to do some changes in that content because if your content would be similar to other then it will not be optimize.

    I do not see it would be penalized by that, but rather Google will not give any weight to your site because it basically it just copies from other sites.
