Bing/Adwords/Facebook vouchers

What's the best forum/site to purchase vouchers for these sites? I no longer trust Fiverr after getting scammed twice by people with perfect feedback.

In particular I'm looking for high value Bing vouchers. About a month ago I saw $750 Bing vouchers being sold! Now they're all down to $200 or so. What prompts Bing to offer such high dollar vouchers sometimes and low dollar amounts other times? I don't know if I should hold off on buying the $200 ones now to wait for a better deal. What do you suggest?

Thanks,
Sherry

I had success with buying those on fiverr, although I never heard of $750 Bing voucher. I paid $5 for two 50 and 25 dollar vouchers.

Is it true that vouchers work only for US residents?

Sometimes the voucher codes are bad when you buy off Fiverr - if the seller has perfect feedback then just contact them and let them know that you received a bad code. The 750$ vouchers are just a combination of codes. The highest you can get is $200.

At one point you could get them from digital point forum, but i'm not sure. A long time since i was a member at that forum.
