    The more internal links, the better. Be sure your most important pages are accessible from a nav menu in the site template (i.e., links exist on every single page of your site). Use keywords in your anchor text and you're as good as set.

    internal links are very important - make sure you use your KWs in the anchor text in different variations and try not to do any repicrocal linking between the pages. Also, use your internal links to sculp PR and direct it to the landing pages you want to rank highest
