I want to rent out pr5 and pr6 links in general niche blog, for $50/mo and $100/mo respectively. What OBL should I keep for the blogs?
And are those figures good for link rental?

    As low as possible. I don't think there will be many people that will buy links from general niche site // I am sure each webmaster wants similar content on his website. More than 10 OBL is STRONGLY recommended NOT to reach! // or you should decrease the price

      yes but im having them write an 1 contextual article with their link to post on the blog

    You could get those prices if you can find business or companies willing to pay it. On forums such as this one, you will never get it.

    Since you are offering monthly links, it would be good as if they don't wanna continue, you can remove the link and your OBL will reduce again.
