Editing Blog Post Cause for Duplication?

Hello Friends,

I have a blog and want to add some important tag in blog spot. so it will be cause for Duplication if i can add only tags in my existing post?

    There is no reason for an ordinary person to worry about duplicate
    content. And tags and duplicate "content" anyway, are a non-issue.

    Tags are mostly for internal use, allowing people to search for posts
    on the same topic, among other things.

    Not sure why anyone ever got hung up on tags to begin with.

    Are you asking if changing the post will create a duplicate post because of the change? If so this will not happen. By adding new information you are merely replacing what was out there in the first place.

    As mentioned by Paul, I wouldn’t worry too much about duplicate content. There are a lot of misconceptions about how Google views this.
