does anybody know of any aged domain training course? or a good course that has a part related to aged domains?

most of the aged domains im bidding on are going for over $1,000 so i want to make i know what im doing before i spend this money...

      Paul thats nonsense. the poster has been in other threads and he is asking about the aftermarket with domains with links and PR not just aged as you seem to think. Its pure crapola logic to look at someone and claim that if they cannot do something without training they will not be able to do it with training.

      I'd put down good money that if you were to buy an aged domains you would buy the wrongs one, buy them in the wrong place at the wrong price or not know how to most efficiently use them. In fact I'd bet all three. Want to put it to the test?

        I took your course and I can tell you this is one of the most important aspects of domain buying people need to learn. Buying a domain is only half the battle.

        I've spent just over $14,000 on domains so far, and between your course and what I picked up from MikeFriedman (I'd buy his course too if he had one), I've reached all the target rankings I set out to achieve. Money well spent.

      These domains are getting traffic in most cases + the backlink profile they have generated over time will help you if you use them wisely.

        Google does not reward penalized sites with PR. If the domain is still showing PR and it is not faked then it has NOT been penalized. Further most domains going through auction still show in the serps and are indexed which would not be the case again if they were penalized. NOthing is risky about buying aged domains if you know what you are doing.

Seriously dude this is more than just doing some hobby site with your brother and getting a few pennies off Adsense. There are people doing real business with networks. You would not understand.

          Yuke Yuke....sigh...... before Google there was this thing called hotbot, Yahoo. lycos. Before your time but look it up. This is going to come as a SHOCKER to you but Google did not invent the concept of search engines so adwords could vanish tomorrow along with Google and I would be up no creek. In fact if you took your head out of the ground sometimes you would realize alot of Imers would get up and cheer because they rank much better in Bing and thats where the traffic sans Google would go.

          So umm the only one that would be up a creek if adwords disbanded is a certain fellow called Yukon that has built his income entirely around ONE company. but again I am betting for you its just extra xbox/beer money so no big loss. For other people you push adsense to - big problems.

          See what I mean though? I just said I was going to be posting on adsense alternatives and you are already twisting into a pretzel. Does Google kiss that good? The way you and Paul get so upset when Google is questioned you woud think Google has something to teach the french on how to kiss. Who knew Matt Cutts was the Love Doctor?           I been meaning to check out Halo4 (played it a couple times with my son but he doesn't like shooters much at his age) is that what you have a discount on? Alright I admit I am grown but I like Basketball and 2k13 is pretty cool. I have the Pc version but if the family gets another Xbox (son mothballed his so I doubt it works now) can you set me up on that? I get that adsense money can cover the price of some xbox games. I aint denying that. So hook me up with those Gamestop discounts? Sure.

    I use PR Powershot and then use multiple tools to further assess. I've bought several domains with good PR and a solid back link profile. No course needed. Just common sense and knowing how to evaluate a domain properly so you don't get scammed.

      Common sentiment for those who are new to domain buying. You can't evaluate if you don't know what to evaluate so I can understand where youa re coming from. You just don't know better. I hear people say that all the time but none of them have ever said so after taking a course. To a man (and a few women) they all say they learnt things they would not have thought about.

      PR powershot however is utter junk.

      Any long term experienced buyer of domains will tell you the same. Its a total joke compared to Register compass but yes its popular among WSO crazed buyers. It focuses on godaddy almost exclusively which is probably the worse place to buy high PR domains due to all the newbies running up prices there (Its okay for PR3s mainly and a few Pr4s here and there but anything more and GDA is crap no offense but destroyed by WSOs like Powershot). Truth is if you use only powershot then you have already wasted far more money than a course would cost.

      Forget mine... Terry had one... going into buying domains for hundreds and thousands of dollars and wincing at spending $97 or a even a bit more is just penny wise and pound foolish as the Brits say.

      I know you won't want to admit it or believe it but you already wasted hundreds if not thousands of dollars relying on Powershot as your PR domain buying tool of choice.

        Wow interesting since I haven't spent more than $40 on a PR 4 domain yet. I guess your incredible intelligence allows you to buy PR 4's with solid back link profiles for pennies - congrats to you.

        I use PR Powershot to alert me about domains so I don't waste time searching. I use other tools to evaluate - not a tool to rely on to check BL profile etc.

        I will check out Register Compass - so thanks for the tip.

        Thankfully I'm not a noob and can think for myself and don't rely on every "guru" and "expert" that comes along on this forum.

        I'm always up for learning more and don't know it all - even with years of experience and marketing programs that have had some of my projects get purchased for 8 figures.

            You got it Mike - You're the man. I come here to learn from the guru's such as yourself. But unlike some you can easily find out what I have done in the IM world and I don't hide behind false names or the fact that I've been on a forum for a few years - means nothing.

            The only thing that counts is accomplishment. Always willing to listen to people that make more cash than me or have more success - that's the key to moving forward.

I'm not watching anything like that again. Daaaaaad").

        Mike I'm surprised you actually have a family since there are so many underlying issues that are apparent.
