How much to charge for Adwords PPC campaign analysis?

I've been getting a lot of requests lately for doing ppc campaign analyses and making recommendations.

I know more or less what to charge for PPC management; but not necessarily ppc analysis.

Anyone in consulting have an idea? Per hour? Per campaign? Something else?

    Is there any reason you can’t charge the same hourly rate you charge for PPC management? You are still using your time to analyze an account and provide your expertise. To my mind that is just as valuable as actually clicking away on things in an account.

    To give you some perspective, a friend of mine would charge his PPC consulting clients 300 dollars a month to be on call to give them advice about what to do with campaigns, keywords, ads, etc.

    Thanks Shawn. Wasn't looking at it that way. Still trying to get a hang on consulting

    Was thinking more along the lines of some sort of "package" deal or "flat fee" pricing as opposed to hourly rate. Just unsure of what would be more appropriate.
