Wordpress Amazon Review Sites Post Panda/Penguin

I've never actually built an amazon review site yet & would like to know from others experience whether or not the amazon review type of sites are still ranking well in Google post Panda & Penguin. I'd appreciate the opinions/advice from those who have tested Wordpress Amazon styled themes & if they haven any disadvantage after the 2 updates of Panda & Penguin. Thanks...

My sites and those of my clients are still ranking very, very well. I mentioned in another thread that one of my sites has 19 reviews posted to it and 15 of them have page one rankings.

Good ones were never considered bridge pages by Google. Now, if you are talking about PPC/AdWords, that's a different story.

Do the ProReview Wordpress Themes still seem to work well post Panda & Penguin updates or does it NOT really matter what theme that we use?

Theme is largely irrelevant as long as it's clean and professional looking. That said, those "review" and "-zon" themes are hideously amateurish looking.
