Link Juice & Internal Linking Structure Question

If your main page is a PR 3, and on the home page you link out to several pages of your own site. Does the "link juice" from the main site pass to the internal pages linked (page a,b and c in this example)? As shown below.

Main site (mainsite.com/PR 3) has internal Links To:
www.mainsite.com/pageA
www.mainsite.com/pageB
www.mainsite.com/paceC

I am curious because I would like to avoid building a "top heavy" link profile for my site.

Thanks everyone

Hiya mate. The more links you have off a page with rank the more you dilute the PR Juice

I have a PR5 site that has about 50 internal links to newly created pages on the front page. After the last google PR update all of these new pages are all PR3.

But if you had the same site with 10 internal links each of the subpages would have more link juice. But they may still only be PR3, so effectivly a stronger PR3 page
