Why do this when the ads expire quickly?

Only a fool would backlink to a craigslist post.

But then, as I always say, it's all related.

There are a plethora of fail threads here for a reason.

Craigslist ads can be renewed and reposted many times over...so backlinking does work....however I wouldn't waste a lot of time over it...use a good automation tool

If we repost our ad again, does the URL remain the same?

No it won't remain the same!

But you would be getting traffic from your creaigslist ads if you are actively posting there.. this would help in SEO, natural traffic is very important factor of SEO too.

It would help in building brand name of your business too..if you are a little wise to this. So use craislist for popularity of your brand and it would help a lot further.

Good grief, Craigslist Ads are temporary.

Backlinking Craigslist is like trying to put a band-aid on a dead squirrel.
