Anyone Know a Linkedin PPC Expert?

I'm looking to run a PPC campaign on Linkedin targeted to real estate agents and I'm having challenges finding a person/company that is very familiar with Linkedin PPC (and that actually follows up when I try to contact them).

If you guys know anyone or a company that is proficient in Linkedin PPC that you can refer I'd appreciate it.
