Wtf. I mean he has links on german, italian, english and whatsoever URLs and ranking for example in spanish for the keyword on #1. How can google don't see this?

Websites have the right to target the whole world with their offers of service. Browsers and web development has moved on a lot with multi-language and auto translation.

So if the website can provide an international service. Why should it not target an international audience?

My site is based in English. But, I try to ensure that the level of English is basic or simple enough for a standard browser translator. So long as my offers can be shipped Globally and paid for through a trusted financial institute. Then promoting to those foreign markets, Is just good business development.

I target Spanish, Italian, Polish, German, Portugese, French. I'm hoping to one day go after China, India, Russia. But the translations are tough to work with.

What?, Do you think that everyone who spends money online, speaks English as their first language?

I think I put it the wrong way.

This guy doesn't have any link in the language his site is in. He is spaming on high DA/PR websites in any country - but making sure the anchor text ratio is okay.

The definition of a person doing wrong things that google should penalize:
        My competitor.

Forget about it. Concentrate on your own stuff.

"At this stage, I stand the risk of sounding controversial, but focusing on competition is a major contributing factor to killing a business. Aside the fact that you'll get distracted along the way, you also stand the risk of eventually being another copy of your competition.

Stop the fuzz about your competition and focus on how to improve your services and products. This way, you'll be able to build a great business that will last forever."

A lot of that article os good reading for websites IF they are real businesses.
