SEO expert help please

Hello everyone, first off I just want to say that I am a massive newbie to SEO and needed some help with a thing or two if anyone could be so kind.

I have recently created a content locking website and am ranking for seperate keywords for each individual page I run (this is the only way possible). If I want one particular page to increase in page rank do I only need to create backlinks for this page?

I hope I'm coming across clearly (and that this is posted in the right section - I'm new here!)

    Sure, if you want to increase page rank of the particular page then you must have to build quality backlinks for that particular page. But home page PR is most vital for increasing inner page PR because of PR flow. The page rank of home page spreads in all inner pages that have linked to.

    You can create backlinks for that particular page but if you create backlinks for other pages then it would be more natural.

    First of all focus on your on page seo, read Google Web Masters Guideline and MOz e-book and do as what they say. If your on page seo is not proper, then your back link creation needs more efforts..After doing On page seo, you can start quality back link creation..

      By the way backlinks are of 3 types - inbound links,outbound links ,and internal links .

      Firstly build backlinks to that page you want to rank for which are called inbound links(incoming links)
      After creating backlinks to that page then you also want to create internal links in your site by interlinking each page.
      And after all Create backlinks to your homepage.
      It will boost your seo .
