Website content and Article Directory

Hello Friends,

I have the collection of articles. There are 10 -20 articles (500 words) on my website which I have uploaded. Should I share the same content in Article directory sites.
I am just worried about the Google Update.

Please suggest me.

    I send my articles (same article) to different article directories and I did not have any problem. I think you can also do it. The problem normally comes when you can not prove that it is your original content with most directories.

        Submitting your website's content to different article sites is fine as per my observation but the problem may occur as per the google update that if you have the same anchor text in all the articles that you posted in different article websites then it may definitely create problem because google will detect same url on the anchor text and it may penalize it.
