long story short, i have been in business for ~ 8 years now. websites domain names investment start-ups..ETC) recently one of my websites got banned. its not the account, its the goddamn domain, thank god not in search only ads, used to redirect traffic from another old site belong to a former friend which contained illegal content ( movies..ETC) now, my website have hundreds of thousands of links indexed in Google and other engines, used to get up to 100,000 page views a day now its well below 25,000 Moving on, all networks are latterly SHIT and i cant even find a good CPC network out there, i hate GOOGLE but i have no choice ( as do we all )
question is, i want my Domain out of the goddamn sandbox, HOW ?

thanks in advanced

obviously google banned the domain from adsense for a reason. all you have to do is fix the reason and submit your appeal.

I forgot to mention, the site that used to redirect traffic is long gone, also we use 4 engines ( videos ) and specially YouTube and we have safe search filtere enabled but still we get some crappy videos! not our fault this issue belongs to them i guess

Are you saying you scrape Youtube videos for your Adsense site? If so, that's probably the problem.

Well, its a meta video engine, we don't scrap we embed videos, people search we provide millions of results from those engines ( API connected )

Sorry, but it would help if you try to explain it in senseful sentences and when you do not mix the technical parts. There is no "sandbox" in the areas you talk about, its something complete different.

So, your traffic dropped - that means you got a penealty from google. With the WMT you can check its an algo thing or manuel.

A domain banned by adsense is dead for adsense. Forget it. As long you are not a major brand or a major publisher they will even not talk with you about it. As you experienced.

Solution: If your domain is not a real brand which is here the case (real brands don't get used as you described) then setup a new domain with a similiar name, transfer the good content and redirect the backlinks. It will allow you to add adsense again.
