i am doing simple link building guest post, commenting, listings and general activities and have not make many links on anchor text and also removed previously bad links

What general activities you did? can you tell me on that? And besides guest post, blog comments and article posting are old techniques to improve the ranking.

That is the reason people fail online, they don't work on the website, they just think on links,links,links,links.......

Increase traffic is simple my friend, you need to add quality content to your website on the daily basis, stop looking for blog posts and links, look for words that you can write about, think on help people, if you help your audience,they will share,like and return to your website.

What do you mean? Are you on 1st page and you don't see any change? Or you are NOWHERE and want to get a better SERP? If the 2nd option is what you would choose, then you need UNIQUE content (keyword-rich!) and place it in your blog... Then, do Social Bookmarking sites, do also guest blogging, article and forum marketing

So what I would suggest you to do is, there is no alternative of building backlinks and having great quality content. As far as backlinks are concerned and as you have already done some backlinking, you should look after niche relevant sites to build backlinks. Don't build links for a spine surgery site into IM sites. This is spam.

Create content that people will be reading 10 years from now, and you'll be getting linkbacks for a decade.

Also, Start guest posting on tons of relevant blogs. Blogs love fresh content, and for you it's a great way to build links, which will boost your rankings on Google.

Remember, The more often you update your site, the more important Google thinks it is. If you can publish content to your blog every day, Google will start to recognize you as a great source of information for whatever your keywords are.
