How to move content to new site ?

Hi guys,

I want to move my unique content from recently deindexed domain to a new website.

The problem is, that I found my content also on various ''free web directories'' and several web archives that claim to save web content for future generations. Kind a content stealers if you ask me.

I guess I will have to write the content all over again ?

    Did you site get de indexed because of thin content? You will want to create new content then.

      No I did deindexed it on purpose, because the site got penalty for overoptimization.

      Can I move the content now to new website ?

      The problem is that it was scraped on webarchive type of sites.

    Is it a WP site? You can use a cloning plugin to move your site to another domain.

    Yes it is WP, but the question is not technical, rather SEO duplicate content.

    I want to know SEO wise, if I move it now to another site, if it will be duplicate content or not.

      I'd just rewrite it to avoid any question about a future duplicate content penalty. Or pay someone to re-write it.

      That is a tough spot.

      Do you think you could contact the thieves and see if they will pull down the content? Threaten them with legal action?

      If they pull it down, based on my experience the content will fall out of the Google index in 2 to 3 weeks and then you can relaunch the original site.

      Any option here is going to be a pain.

    You can send off a letter to these places that have your content up and tell them to take it down, as obviously they shouldn't be using your content.
