Hi, is there a keyword research tool that does the following?

Step 1: push button

Step 2: tool shows you the most searched keywords out there, combined and cross referenced with the lowest completion out there... and displays a result to you that basically lists the best possible key words to try to make a site with?

No tool is going to do that. They all can show you search volume, but none of them have a clue how to measure competition.

The competition in Google Keyword Planner is the competition of how much/many advertisers are bidding on a keyword and not an organic competition.

              thank you for that clarification.

is there no way at all besides for manually looking, to try to gauge competition other then search volume or common sense?

Long Tail Pro does a pretty good job of measuring competition, especially with the Keyword Difficulty metric (uses the SEOmoz API)... and LTP provides the functionality for you to manually analyze the top 10 organic results.
