Do no follow links are still useful?
How much weightage should i have to give to no-follow links?
If i have to list my business in business listing sites like yelp, insiderpages, manta and if they provide me no-follow links, then will it be useful or not?

Nofollow Links means -> No trust and No PR, No follow links dosen't helps to enhance the PR either , or the trust of the domain (authority).
In the case of business listing websites like yelp, insiderpages, manta, the backlinks don't help in the PR travel, but (as these websites are well known to get the local results, and maximum search engines use t index their deta.) they helps to enhance the Local Search results.

    How these websites work

In this Graphic, one can easily track how these websites are connected with each other. the local Search results(On search engines ) always get inspired by these websites. As it is well know getting good rank on Search engines it's all about the Reputation of the link. These business listing websites dose not helps to enhance the Page rank but the reviews on the business listing websites helps to search engines to identify the Reputation of the domain. (What the people are talking about the company)

I did try to make it as simple as it is! Hope this will help

Nofollow links are still useful and can be used to generate traffic from relevant sources and to make link building more natural. We don't need to divide links in categories but we should use them if they can help us to generate relevant traffic on our website.

Its simple. Would a 100% dofollow backlink profile be natural?

    That answers your question.
