Preventing duplicate content using image?

Hi,
I have 2 same exact sales pages (which convert well) because I am using 2 different CC processing companies.
I am using "noindex, nofollow" for one. However, I noticed that both pages do have natural backlinks, and I'm losing some link juice by not indexing one page.
They are on different domains by the way.
Anyway, I was wondering if it would make sense to make one page completely an image (using screenshot or using photoshop kind software). Or maybe I would divide the page content into many parts and one page has half of it by image and the other page the other half. By doing so they would not be duplicate.
Does it make sense?
My sales page is a bit long (an info product long sales letter type) so they would have enough content even I use the half of the content.
