Advice on starting a ppc campaign

Hi

i have had a look on the forum. I am going to start a ppc campaign. i am in the garden maintenance business and my season will be starting soon. i am starting o rank organically for some of my keywords but i want to make a big impact this year. can anyone direct me to some good information regarding main factors to help with ppc.

    Google AdWords has put a lot of resources in place to help out a new advertiser and 100% of it is useful and relevant. They don't waste your time with a lot of self promotion or useless information. It is by far the best source of material for learning the fundamentals of PPC advertising.

    Read it, watch the videos, study it, read it again and again, you will pick up something new nearly every time you read it. As your knowledge grows you will begin to understand and appreciate the subtle, but extremely helpful, tips embedded in their material.

    Keyword research, page conversion rates and bit more of the same! If those things are off, you'll lose money and even some business.

    I do not recommend many books for SEO or PPC, but I highly recommend Perry Marshall and Bryan Todd's Ultimate Guide To Google AdWords.

    Perry also has a course he offers, but I would start with the book.
