Does Putting Adsense Directly After Post Title Violates Adsense TOS?

    Unless you don't POINT to the ads, I don't think this should be a problem... Also, try to place the ads inside the post, so it looks just like you used some CSS to change the color of the ads (if you can understand my idea!)

    If the download button is a picture, yes it would violate TOS. If you give a text link for download, it won't.

    Any adsense unit near a picture is a risky thing.

    Am I trying to trick people into clicking on that ad by mistake?

    Opinion only, but it appears you are because of the layout you have used, if Big G is of the same opinion your account is toast.
