Hi all,

What SEO tools do you use whilst building your site?

and do you use the same ones once your site it built to keep an eye on stats or do you use something else?

And what is the reason you use the one you do?

Many thanks
Marko

I use keyword planner, google search and firefox to to what competition i have when I do my keyword research. Ive used secockpit and long tail pro as well.

Next, I use seopressor a plugin on wordpress to keep my on page optimized by following suggestions of the tool.

I create a youtube video and embed it on my post.

I optimized both content and Here are my steps:

There are many ways to get traffic. *For beginners, a blog aka money site is a great start. *This is your audiences portal for your current and future mediums.

The best, fastest and safest way to rank on Google is to have a mindset like a farmer.

Every content you create are seeds that in the future will become your harvest.

You can use different types of "seeds" like youtube seeds since its the second to Google as a search engine and you can rank pretty quickly on youtube even without any backlinks.

You just have to optimize your youtube videos step by step:

Step 1: keyword must be in title. Having a researched keyword on your title that you are trying to rank for. Same thing applies with your blog post title.

Step 2: have a good description with your link to your blog post and blog site. Eg.
Yourname.com - visit my site to learn more about how to increase google ranking - http://www.yourname.com/rank-google-tips

Step 3:Next create a mini blog on description with keywords and lsi keyword.

Step 4: put time stamps on key points on your vids at the beginning of your paragraph
    00:10 - i discuss about video marketing
    01:20 - i discuss about email marketing

Step 5: create a bright image for your video

Step 6: transcript. I know its hard work but to be on top you must do captions on your videos.

Step 7: embed your youtube video on your blog.

Step 8: optimize your blog post On page by using seopressor plugin

    Step 9: publish

    Step 10: create pyramid backlinks
Low tier backlinks like comments ==> high tier links like web 2.0 ==> to your blog Aka money site.*

Step 11: post your blog link to your social mediums like facebook and youtube.

While you wait for your content to rank on Google(may take a few weeks even Optimized), *this is where you can invest on paid ads like, solo ads, ppv or ppc.

This is by far the best way to scale your business and exposure. *

What tools do you use for building your house?

It depends, are you installing electrical wiring, or are you installing plumbing?

      Try narrowing down your question.

This is a pretty good list. I'd also add paint.net on there, easy to make quick logos for churn 'n' burn sites even if you don't have a lot of design experience.

I see many good ideas and tools to use to build traffic to your website. This can be very overwhelming for a beginner to know where to start.

I think traffic generation is the hardiest place to start first. Actually, listing building is easier and faster. Yes, you need traffic, but you don't need to rank in Google to get targeted traffic to your squeeze page.

These days you can't even optimize squeeze pages for search engine traffic because there isn't enough content on the page.

I haven't used your software so I don't know how well it works, but hopefully this feedback will help you.

Here are a few reasons why myself and others would hesitate to buy your software.

      1. Promoting your product in a way that makes it sound you are not the owner of this product feels dishonest

      2. Copying Xrumer by adding "labs" to your domain

      3. Copying the logo-style and branding of Scrapebox outright

      4. Your product testimonials don't sound genuine because they are all written in the same poor quality English so it sounds like you wrote them yourself rather than actual customers

      5. The download button looks like it was taken from a mediafire-style site

      6. No links for support/ticket system

      7. No trial period, no money back guarantees

First you need to think about the platform you are willing to use for building you site. If you want to structure your site by using any CMS like wordpress or Joomla, these type of content management systems help to the web master by facilitating it through a number of helpful seo add-ons. Secondly tools like seo frog or Microsoft seo toolkit help figuring out that if your site is experiencing any on site errors. If they found they clearly mention them that clearly means you need to take a look on your site.

After that some other tools like moz, google analytics, raven and web ceo helps the site builder and the owner to research how much your site is getting scores in terms of rankings, keyword rankings, traffic and so on.

Wow, what a question! Instead of running a list of all my tools, I'll tell you my favourite.

Xrumer & Hrefer. 2 very excellent tools that are still very relevant and will rank websites to #1 position with ease if you know how to use them properly.

Anybody that says they are no longer good nowadays just isn't using them properly.

I only use them both on churn and burn sites though! Would never touch them for a site I want last for a long time! In fact, I wouldn't use any backlinking tool on a site that I want to be around for months/years to come!
