Trouble with my Adsense Niche

I'm having trouble figuring out what I want to talk about for my first adsense campaign. I'm thinking about talking about Internet Marketing (been learning strageties for the past 2 years) and ways to make money online but how do I do it without sounding cliche? I mean there has to be thousands of people out there taking about this topic.

    the click through ratio will be low qnd the payouts not very high in the Im niche.

    If you want a good niche start with adjustable mortgages, tell people how to get out of them, what they re about etc. MMy adjustable mortgage site was paying $2 per click before i sold it off.

    Solar power is another one that worked good for me, not huge payouts but very high CTR that made it a good niche to be in.

    I don't want to blow my own trumpet or anything but it seems to me you need to sit down with a mug of coffee and read my thread on building Adsense blogs..

      READ the link in Steve's post - all of it (all of his contributions anyway). That will give you a realistic view of the work that goes into making money with adsense.

    @sunn646 if you want to make money with Adsense you need to deconstruct things by looking at the demand from advertisers and how much they are willing to pay ( look at range and no of advertisers ), since you will be ultimately earning a % of what they pay Google. It's a flawed strategy to pick a subject out of the sky hoping to make money by monetizing it with Adsense. If you want to make money with Adsense ( and that's your sole objective ) you need to approach things differently. If you do this you will make more money from your visitors and won't need to drive so much traffic to your site to achieve your target earnings..

    IM Niche is NOT a great Niche to start out with Adsense ! Pick a real bonavide Niche that revolves around a product that people need to resolve a particular pain they are experiencing. Pick a 'desperate' niche. One where people need the product quick and will click on Ads to satisfy their needs. Like Insomnia, hemmroids, stop smoking, high blood pressure etc..Get my drift
