Hi people,

I'm looking for tips on what's a good way to have links back to my site in order to improve our lousy ranking , forgive my French

  Or you can go to traffic kahuna for the paid version..
  
  Article marketing could help youtobuild your link pretty fast... BUt the fastest way to go is social media marketing..

There are many strategies you can use here's a few ideas;

1. Do Follow Forum Posting
2. Do Folow Blog Posting
3. Article Submission - Ezine Article Submission - Submit Your Best Quality Original Articles For Massive Exposure, Ezine Publishers Get 25 Free Article Reprints is the best for traffic.
4. Link exchanges

My personal favourite is do follow blogging. I find blogs in a similar niche to my own and leave comments. Don't spam or leave on wrod answers. Instead leave comments that will add to the discussion or offer advice to other users.

  I not sure whether you are taking about the page rank or search engine result ranking.
  
  Anyway, for the PR, the easiest way to get the backlink is dofollow blog commenting and dofollow forum posting (use your signature). However, that's better if you can get link exchange with high PR quality website.
  
  For the SERP, the majority still fall on the content, try to use more keywords
