Are all links do-follow unless stated they should be no-follow? If so, by what methods do people designate their links no-follow beyond the rel="nofollow" code?

Thanks.

Yes all links are do-follow unless stated, the people designate the links no-follow by adding rel="nofollow" tag before the link.

    Yes, you are right.

Without "nofollow" tag in the HTML code = dofollow!
