Indexing Pages without Ability to Create Sitemap

Hello everyone. I have a website with a provider that does not allow access to the site files, robots.txt file, etc. This site has thousands of pages that I would like to have indexed by search engines. How would I go about getting these thousands of pages indexed?

There seems to be a limit on how much links you can direct towards another site so doing this externally would be a problem. Also, it seems that this is viewed as a spam practice.

I may be able to get access to Google Webmaster Tools, but it doesn't allow any sitemaps to be submitted from external domains.

What should I do?

    As soon as a link to your website appears on some other website which is already indexed by Google, the Googlebot will follow this link and index your page. The sitemap is not necessary.

    Build dofollow backlinks on pages with that have a high PR. Google frequently crawls pages with a high PR, and when it does, it will find your backlink and crawl yours too.

    Get a good nights sleep & then get up early tomorrow morning & move the site to a new host.

    There's no reason to settle for restrictive hosting limits.
