    For new blog, u mush at least per 2 day.. Then u will get more traffic from a good articel u had writen..

    As often as possible, but I would say at least 3 times per week. Also it depends on what you site is about and how you build back links to your site, as these can also help boost your SERPS rankings and generate traffic.

      The most important is quality but not quantity.
      Ont the other hand, if you able to write unique quality content, then better post it as many as possible. I will say weekly 3~5 is good enough
