Spam redirection of website in search engine result

Hi Everybody

I really do not know it's kind of virus or some thing else. When I Search for my website link in search engine through

Site:"Mysite.com"
It's showing known webpages in result,
eg: mysite.com/unkownpages-vhh/

when I open these links they are redirecting to some other website "Cheapest Online Pharmacy"

Please help me to resolve issue.

    You have some type of hack. But not a real hack in the true sense of the
    word. Nobody really sat down and "hacked" your site. They probably tossed
    out a broad fishing net, found a vulnerable server and code, and injected your
    files.

    I believe in wordpress, this is the infamous pharma hack.

    If you are good at digging and changing things in cpanel or other managers,
    you can get rid of it yourself. Just google it.

    Removing the code is not the end. Your site is still under the gun. There
    are tons of ways to get this bad code into your site, and tons of places for
    it to exist.

    Look for the most up to date WP and security settings.

    I wish I could say this crap should keep people away from WP, but
    it's not really WP that is the problem here. It's just vulnerabilities that
    get exploited, and those are potentially on any website that uses
    databases, mysql, php, etc.

    sure your website has been hacked if you are using wordpress jus disable all plugins to find out wich of wich is making you this problem , cause i was at that case one day

    Try using Sucuri SiteCheck - Free Website Malware Scanner

    It should be able to tell you where you have malware on your site.

      Outdated cPanel Found

      VULNERABLE HEADER- cPanel 11.40.1.11

      What should I do? to resolve this issue. Sorry, I am a lay person about all these. Should I take help of my developer?

      Is this something which is giving problem...I am not sure.
