Why you want to change your IP address?

You can purchase proxy, or by hide my ass subscription for that.

You can get a few geographically diverse proxies and get an automatic tool to do posting/spinning/scraping.

if you are using an automated tool then you can integrate it with proxies.There are lots of free proxies available. Scrapebox can harvest 1000s of free proxies everyday for you and spin those while posting content. If you want to go for better quality proxies (with higher success rates) then HideMyAss should be best for you

You can use proxies, but I don't recommend using scripts to build links if this is what you are looking to do.

  use a vpn service...they have access to hundreds of thousands of IP's. google will be suspicious if you are using known ips

Proxy sites are more confined to the changing of different countries IP addresses. I usually use the website Hola and Proxfree for changing the IP addresses and doing SEO.
