With regards to the first, I think you mean did I enable Enhanced ecommerce under the Ecommerce Settings in the View profile? If so, I did that already.

Is State Abbreviation same as fully spelled?

Does adwords consider the state abbreviation the same as the state name being spelled out? If not, is it consider best practice to create a seperate ad group in the same campaign for the state...
