When buying email solos. Look for the guys that use YOUR swipe and then do NOT redirect your traffic after your clicks been reached.

As the others say I would also recommend buying email solos. This can build your list fast, I don't know your budget but if you have a nice converting sqeeze page then you should be able to get alot...
