Because it’s simple and easy to remember and has "tech" in it so everybody knows its about technology. Don’t mind too much about stuffing your domain name with keywords...

I think you will only have an issue if you use the same key phrase without any modification over and over in every sentence.
If you just focus on writing a natural article you should be fine....
