Clickbank took about 3 days for me, but make sure you look at their checklist first and do everything it says. Some of their points are obvious, some aren't. You don't want to waste approval time...

Use an autoresponder like Aweber or Mailchimp(free to some extent). You can create different lists and put your non-paid subscribers in one bucket and your paid subscribers in another...
