Yes dofollow High Pr like some have mentioned. In this day and age though I would focus on the DA, PA, CF and TF more than the PR. Social bookmarking is okay for 2nd tier backlinks.

Personally, although maybe it's how I am using it..I find it a somewhat useful junk link builder. Has helped me maintain ranks on some competitve keywords. Only if those pages have strong backlinks...
